Super Greens Smoothie

A refreshing morning or mid-day boost of energy, packed with 3-4 servings of fruits and vegetables - great way to up your fiber intake while cooling off the summer heat!

29 g protein!!!
RECIPE
1/4 c frozen mango
1/4 c frozen pineapple
1/4 c kale
1/2 c spinach
1 c soy milk (or any milk/juice of choice)
OPTIONAL: hemp seeds + granola
PROCEDURE
Liquid first... always. Pour in your milk of choice - I prefer soy due to it's high protein content and reduced impact on the environment compared to other milks.
Add powders next, then quickly blend to have a better texture for the final product.
Finally, add frozen fruit and blend on high speed until completely smooth.
Top with hemp seeds for Omega-3's, granola for texture, or enjoy it's original glory!
PRO TIP: reduce the amount of liquid to make this a great smoothie bowl base!
