Spiced Protein Pancakes w/ Noka Organics Macadamia Butter (vegan)

I'm addicted to protein pancakes. It's a fantastic boost of carbs, protein, healthy fats, and fiber first thing in the morning. What's not to love?
Ingredients
1/2 cup oats
1 scoop Orgain Spiced Latte Protein Powder
1 tsp flax egg (1 tsp ground flaxseed + 2 tbsp water)
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground clove
pinch of salt
Toppings
1 packet Noka Organics Macadamia Butter
Pomegranate seeds
Hemp hearts
Directions:
Blend together all the dry ingredients (oats, protein, cinnamon, clove, baking powder, salt) till a fine powder forms.
Mix in the flax egg and almond milk.
Heat up a nonstick pan to medium heat. Pour the pancake batter onto a lightly oiled surface. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side.
Pour nut butter over and add your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
